Abstract submission

To submit your abstracts, please go to the "My Submissions" tab in your account.

Instructions for abstract submission:

• The abstract must be entered using the template file and submitted as a PDF only. Any other format will be rejected!
• Abstracts can be written in French or English.
• You can edit the form directly on the platform and replace an abstract with a new one until the submission site closes on December 3, 2025.
• Each abstract will be reviewed by three experts from the committee.
