Abstract submission

The deadline for abstract submission has been extended to December 17, 2025!

To submit your abstracts, please go to the "My Submissions" tab in your account.

Instructions for abstract submission:

• The abstract must be entered using the template file and submitted as a PDF only. Any other format will be rejected!

• Abstracts can be written in French or English.
• You can edit the form directly on the platform and replace an abstract with a new one until the submission site closes on December 17, 2025.
• Each abstract will be reviewed by three experts from the committee.
