Additional nights (before or after the conference)
Participants wishing to book additional nights before or after the conference may benefit from the following rates:

Single room: €85 per person per night, including breakfast + city tax €1.15

Shared room: €51 per person per night, including breakfast + city tax €1.15
These rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Holiday-style buffet meals are available at €22.50 per person per meal.

Conference shuttles
Shuttles will be available for participants from major arrival points to the conference site.
- OUTBOUND: from the train station in Toulon to the Azureva site on Monday, May 18 at 3:00 pm
- RETURN: from the Azureva site to the train station in Toulon on Thursday, May 21 at 12:30 pm

Visa policy
Participants coming from outside the Schengen Area must present the required documents at the border regarding the purpose of their stay, means of subsistence, and accommodation arrangements.
A visa is generally required unless exempt. For all information and to submit your visa application: France-Visas. Processing times vary depending on nationality and time of year. It is recommended to check if you need a visa and submit your application well in advance of the conference.

For participants submitting abstracts, requests should be made as soon as possible after acceptance notification.
